CONSOLIDATED PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF HIGHLANDS
AND VILLAGE OF HIGHLAND FALLS
Mike Morana, Applicant. Public Hearing for a site plan adding a third floor and attic space to the existing two story mixed use building at 441 Main Street.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Consolidated Planning Board of the Town of Highlands and Village of Highland Falls, will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall, 254 Main Street, Highland Falls, New York, on the 21 st day of May, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, concerning the application of Mike Morana, for a site plan adding a third floor and attic space to the existing two story mixed use building at 441 Main Street.
The real property is located at 441 Main Street in the Village of Highland Falls and is designated on the Tax Map as Section 103, Block 16 Lot 9. The property in question is in the Village’s B-1 business zoning district.
The public may also submit comments to be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 21, 2026 via mail; Attn: Consolidated Planning Board Chairman, 254 Main Street, Highland Falls, New York 10928 or via email; esmith@highlands-ny.gov
All persons interested will be heard by the Consolidated Planning Board, at the aforementioned time and place. The Town of Highlands will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
