LIVINGSTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF ANNUAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET VOTE HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public budget hearing for the purpose of discussion of the expenditure of funds and the budgeting thereof for the school fiscal year commencing July 1, 2026, will be held by the Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District in the High School Cafeteria on May 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the annual school budget vote of the inhabitants of the Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District, qualified to vote at school meetings in said district, will be held in accordance with New York State requirements on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the High School Lobby for the purpose of voting upon the proposed budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2026, the election of three (3) trustees to the Board of Education, and voting upon any other propositions properly submitted. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that applications for early mail ballots may be applied for at the office of the District Clerk at 20 Church Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, 14472. A list of all persons to whom early mail ballots shall have been issued, will be available in the said office of the District Clerk on each of the five days prior to the day of the election except Sundays, and that such list will also be posted at the polling place of the election. Military voters who are qualified voters of the School District may apply for a military ballot by requesting an application from the District Clerk at 585-624-7010 or camorese@hflcsd.org . For a military voter to be issued a military ballot, the District Clerk must have received a valid ballot application no later than 5:00 P.M. on April 23, 2026. In a request for a military ballot application or ballot, the military voter may indicate their preference for receiving the application or ballot by mail, fax or email.
