A hybrid virtual/in person public hearing before the Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals, 301 Brooklea Dr., Fayetteville., NY in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, will be held on May 21, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the matter of the application for Stephen Ball at 8391 Glen Eagle Dr, Manlius, NY 13104 (Tax Map #115.-18-08.0). A public hearing for two variances for the construction of a 10-foot by 12-foot accessory structure. The applicant is requesting a side yard setback variance of 12-feet to provide relief from the required 15-foot setback requirement and a rear yard setback variance of 27-feet to provide relief from the required 40-foot setback requirement.
