Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing by the Planning Board/Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Italy, County of Yates, State of New York, will be held at the Italy Town Hall, 6060 Italy Valley Road (County Road 303), Naples (Town of Italy), New York, 14512 on the 21st day of May, 2026, at 5:30 PM with respect to the following application by Daniel S. O’Dell pursuant to the Zoning Law of the Town of Italy:




1. Area variance from boundary setbacks established for an “attached to the cottage” garage addition at 5330 Sunnyside Rd.




All persons interested in this matter will be heard by the Planning Board/Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Italy at the public hearing to be held as stated above.
