Gentile, Secretary 123 Grand Street, Newburgh, NY 12550 Phone: (845) 569-7383 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the CITY OF NEWBURGH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION on the following matters: APPLICATION NUMBER 2026-022 at the request of the applicant, Chris Berg/Fifth Street Architecture, PLLC, on behalf of the owners, Nimrod Lodge #82 AF&AM, Inc.. Application to install a new roof, carriage house doors, windows, and fence, restore windows and door, repair masonry, repair/restore cornice, and paint using colors from the Benjamin Moore Historic Color palette. PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 333 Liberty Street SECTION: 11 BLOCK: 4 LOTS: 31 as described on the Tax Records, Newburgh, New York.
