Gentile, Secretary 123 Grand Street, Newburgh, NY 12550 Phone: (845) 569-7383 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the CITY OF NEWBURGH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION on the following matters: APPLICATION NUMBER 2026-028 at the request of the applicant, John Waters, on behalf of the owner, Dubois Street Associates LLC. Application to install new windows, repoint brick, repair/replace entry stairs, railing and balustrade, and paint using colors from the Benjamin Moore Historic Color palette. PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 93A Dubois Street SECTION: 22 BLOCK: 3 LOT: 7 as described on the Tax Records, Newburgh, New York.
