Gentile, Secretary 123 Grand Street, Newburgh, NY 12550 Phone: (845) 569-7383 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the CITY OF NEWBURGH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION on the following matters: APPLICATION NUMBER 2026-027 at the request of the applicant, John Waters, on behalf of the owner, City of Newburgh. Application to install new windows, repair window framing, repair storefront doors and transom, restore existing cast iron columns, repair wood paneling, repair windowsills and lintels, repair cornice, repair roof, remove roll down gate, repoint brick, and paint using colors from the Benjamin Moore Historic Color palette. PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 123 Renwick Street _ SECTION: 45 BLOCK: 12 LOT: 13.1 as described on the Tax Records, Newburgh, New York. The Public Hearing will be held on May 12, 2026 and any adjourned date, at 6:30 p.m. in the Activity Center, 401 Washington Street, Newburgh, New York 12550.
