VILLAGE OF NYACK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nyack, at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on June 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will (as briefly summarized) amend Chapter 360 (Zoning) of the Code of the Village of Nyack, so as to add provisions regarding adaptive reuse of eligible religious and/or educational buildings and uses, for the purpose of constructing multi-family dwellings At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.
