NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of Real Property Tax Law) and Hearing of Complaints.
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the City of Ogdensburg, County of St. Lawrence has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and filed the Roll in the Office of Assessment at 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, New York, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until June 9, 2026.
The Tentative Assessment Roll will also be available for viewing on the City of Ogdensburg website – www.ogdensburg.org and the St. Lawrence County website – www.stlawco.org.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll by appointment only at 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, New York, on

Friday, May 29th 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Tuesday, June 2nd 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Saturday, June 6th 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

In accordance with Real Property Tax Law, Section 512, the Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM -8:00 PM at 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, New York in said City Hall to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
