ERIE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE A special public information/hearing meeting will be held on May 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town of Orchard Park Municipal Building, S-4295 South Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, New York regarding Stormwater Phase II Annual Report Coverage under an SPDES General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from MS4's.The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for citizens to express stormwater water quality and quantity needs and to discuss possible changes to the Stormwater Phase II management objectives for the Town of Orchard Park.
