ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF ORCHARD PARK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Orchard Park, Erie County, New York at the Community Activity Center, 4520 California Road, Orchard Park, New York on the 14th day of May 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the matter of the application of Katie Lewandowski requesting Preliminary Plat Plan Approval of an existing division of V/L Cole Road from pt of FL59,T9,R7, divided on 1/31/96. A Single-Family 1-Lot Subdivision, 4.4 +/-Acres Vacant Land, in an A-1 Agricultural Zoning District, located on the west side of Cole Road, north of 6000 Cole Road, pursuant to Article 16, Section 276 of the Town Law. (SBL# 198.00-2-59). This proposed project is bounded and described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Orchard Park, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of Lot No. 59, Township 9, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company’s Survey and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Cole Road 485 feet south of the northeast corner of lands conveyed to Eda Fenner, Paul Fenner, Jr. and Werner Fenner by a deed recorded in Erie County Clerk’s Office in Liber 5536 of Deeds at Page 356, and running south a distance of 220 feet along the center line of Cole Road, said center line being also, the east line of said lands so conveyed to Fenner; thence westerly along a line drawn parallel to the north line of lands so conveyed to Fenner, a distance of 926.81 feet; thence northerly along a line drawn parallel with the center line of Cole Road a distance of 220 feet; thence easterly and parallel with the north line of lands conveyed to Fenner, a distance of 926.81 feet to the point or place of beginning.
