“PURSUANT TO SECTION 506, OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ASSESSOR FOR THE TOWN OF ORCHARD PARK, COUNTY OF ERIE, HAS COMPLETED THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 2026. THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION FROM 5/01/26 THRU 5/26/26, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30 AM AND 4:30 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AT THE ORCHARD PARK TOWN HALL ASSESSOR’S OFFICE LOCATED AT 4295 SOUTH BUFFALO STREET, ORCHARD PARK, NY 14127.

THE ASSESSOR/DESIGNEE WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE WITH THE TENTATIVE ROLL ON TUESDAY, MAY 12 TH , BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M AND SATURDAY, MAY 16 TH , BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. TO 12 NOON.
