ERIE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Orchard Park Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 in the Municipal Center, 4295 South Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, New York on the following appeal: Mike Faltisco 83 Highland Avenue Orchard Park, NY 14127 SBL #173.09-1-28 Variance to Municipal Code Section 225.11(C)(1)(A) Lot, Height, Yard and maximum coverage requirements. Applicant is requesting a Variance to erect a 4 ft. high fence in an exterior side yard setback 4 ft. from the exterior side property line. 35 ft. setback required by code.
