PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that qualified voters of the District may obtain applications for an absentee or early mail ballot from the office of the Clerk of the District. Completed applications must be received by the Clerk of the District no later than 4:00 pm on May 18, 2026 and must be received no later than 4:00 pm on May 12, 2026 if the absentee ballot or an early mail ballot is to be mailed to the voter. Completed applications received after 4:00 pm on May 12, 2026 will require the voter to personally appear at the office of the Clerk of the District to receive an absentee ballot or an early mail ballot. A listing of all persons to whom an absentee ballot or early mail ballot is issued will be available for inspection by any qualified voter of the district in the office of the District Clerk between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm through May 19, 2026, except Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that military voters who are qualified voters of the School District may apply for a military ballot by requesting an application from the District Clerk at 315-364-7211 or handm@southerncayuga.org. For a military voter to be issued a military ballot, the District Clerk must have received a valid ballot application no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 24, 2026.
