The full text of said Local Law is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office for inspection by all interested persons. . NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Local Law at the Town of Victory Town Hall located at 1323 Town Barn Road, Red Creek, NY 13143 on May 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at which time all persons interested will be heard.
