Town of Floyd ZBA Meeting NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Floyd, County of Oneida and State of New York at 7:00 P.M. the 16th day of April 2026 at the Floyd Town Hall to consider the following agenda item: Zoning Board of Appeal Applicant Nicholas Slover seeks a special use permit for storage trucking warehouse operations SB&C Services in accordance with Article IV, Section 7, A.4.C.6. Floyd Zoning Ordinance property situated at NY-365, 640' East of Koenig Rd, Rome NY 13440. Tax Map Parcel 245.000-1-7.2 property. Petitioners must be present. All Interested parties are invited to attend. All interested parties should be aware that although a transcript of such proceedings will be mechanically reproduced, the Zoning Board of Appeals does not guarantee its accuracy, quality or availability.
