NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that the Town Board of the Town of Rosen- dale, Ulster County, New York, will meet at the Rosendale Town Hall, in Cottekill, New York, in said Town, on May 27, 2026, at 5:00 o'clock P.M., Prevailing Time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing in relation to the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of the Rosen- dale Water District in said Town, consisting of the replacement of the Sand Hill Water Storage Tank, and construction of a new access road, including costs inciden- tal thereto, at a maxi- mum estimated cost of $3,500,000.

At said public hearing said Town Board will hear all persons inter- ested in the subject matter thereof.
