PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town of Ste- phentown Board, County of Rens- selaer, State of New York, will hold a Pub- lic Hearing at the Ste- phentown Town Hall, 26 Grange Hall Road, in the Town of Stephentown, New York on the 9th day of June, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to accept both pub- lic and/or written com- ment on the application of NY Stephentown I, LLC, with a mailing ad- dress of 449 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701

for both a special use permit and site plan ap- proval to allow the use of portions of property located at 422 and 427 West Road, Stephen- town, NY, known as tax parcel: 174.-1-32 and 185.-1-1.121 and owned by Stepanie Deyo and Ryan Sweeney, for a community solar farm. Copies of the applica- tion and related mate- rials are available for inspection at the Of- fice of the Town Clerk in Town Hall. The com- ments of the public are welcomed on this mat- ter, including, but not limited to comments on possible environmental impacts as part of the SEQRA review process and possible impacts of the proposed project upon the functioning of farm operations within any agricultural district in which it is either lo- cated or nearby.
