PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town of Ste- phentown Board, County of Rens- selaer, State of New York, will hold a Pub- lic Hearing at the Ste- phentown Town Hall, 26 Grange Hall Road, in the Town of Stephentown, New York on the 9th day of June, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to accept both pub- lic and/or written com- ment on the application of NY Stephentown I, LLC, with a mailing ad- dress of 449 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701

for both a special use permit and site plan ap- proval to allow the use of portions of property located at 422 and 427 West Road, Stephen- town, NY, known as tax parcel: 174.-1-32 and 185.-1-1.121 and owned by Stepanie Deyo and Ryan Sweeney, for a community solar farm. Copies of the applica- tion and related mate- rials are available for inspection at the Of- fice of the Town Clerk in Town Hall.
