NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Torrey Planning Board will hold a public hearing on May 18th, 2026 at 7:00PM in the Town meeting room at 56 Geneva Street, Dresden, New York to consider the following:

Subdivision Application of Sharon Ann Lockner property at 790 Rte 14 Town of Torrey, TM # 19.04-1-3.2 Mrs. Lockner would like to subdivide 25 acres from the original 53.06 parcel in the Ag District. The above application is available for public inspection at the Town Clerks Office at 56 Geneva Street, Dresden New York during regular office hours.

At said time and place of the Public Hearing, all persons wishing to appear may do so in person or by attorney and/or other representative.
