Town of Tuxedo Notice of Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE TOWN OF TUXEDO will hold a Public Hearing at the Tuxedo Town Hall, 1 Temple Drive, Tuxedo, New York in the County of Orange on May 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible on the application of Robert Dollbaum, owner of record of the property which is the subject of this proceeding, more particularly Section 205, Block 3, Lot 11 in a the S-HR Zoning District located at Spring Street, Tuxedo, New York, for area variances from the bulk regulations of the Zoning Code of the Town of Tuxedo, to allow for the construction of a detached garage. A complete copy of the application is available for public review in the Tuxedo Building Department. Any interested person may attend this Public Hearing or submit their comments in writing concerning this approval before such meeting. The Town of Tuxedo will make every effort to ensure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
