LEGAL NOTICE A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications: The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the townofvictorny.gov website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications: SWAIN SITE PLAN, located on Strong Road, is requesting approval to construct a new single-family home served by an on-site well and leach field, storage barn and a driveway connection to Strong Road.
