Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Village Offices, One Municipal Square, 3rd Floor Meeting Room, Walden, New York, by the above named to consider the application of Charles and Robin Amrhein for subdivision approval pursuant to Chapter 260 (Subdivision of Land) for a property located on 35 North Street and identi- fied on the Tax Map as located within the R-4 and R-5 Zoning District. The application is considered a minor subdivi-
sion.
Project
Description:
The
Project is located on three tax map parcels section 305, block 14, lots 12, 16.1 and 16.2, in the R-4 and R-5 zoning district on 1.073 acres. The parcels are located on the western end of North Street and north- ern side of Center Street. The parcels consist of two vacant lots and one lot containing a single-family dwelling. The Project proposes to create one additional lot and adjust the lot line between Lot 305-14- 12 and Lot 305-14-16.1. A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Building Depart- ment during regular business hours. All persons interested are invited to attend, and the meeting is open to the public. The Village of Walden will make every effort to ensure that the Public Hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
