PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

906 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York




Subject: 1. Proposed local law No. 2 of 2026 amending the general Village election date from the third Tuesday in June to the third Friday in June, in accordance with a proposition previously adopted by the electors of the Village providing for such election date change .

2. Proposed local law No. 3 of 2026 amending various provisions of Chapter 440 of the Code of the Village of West Hampton Dunes to regulate rentals throughout the calendar year .




At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters. All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 914 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York, during regular business hours.

Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
