PUBLIC NOTICE for Town of Wilmington, NY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW 4 of 2026 OF THE TOWN OF WILMINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution adopted on May 12th, 2026, by the Town Council ("town board") of the town of Wilmington, the Wilmington town board will hold a Public Hearing at 6 p.m. on May 12, 2026, at the Community Center (7 Community Center Circle, Wilmington). Regular meeting immediately following.

At the Public Hearing the town board shall hear all interested parties regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law 4 of 2026, titled "A local law to increase the salaries of elected assessors in the Town of Wilmington"
