NOTICE TO BIDDERS REPLACE TAXIWAY C&E LIGHTING AND SIGNS PROJECT Genesee County DPW BID# 2026-03 The Genesee County Purchasing Director will receive sealed bids for Bid# 2026-03, Replace Taxiway C&E Lighting and Signs Specifications and proposal forms may be downloaded at: https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/71274/portal-home Vendors will need to register before downloading. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to the Purchasing Office, 15 Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020, at 585.344.2550 x2217, by noon on March 26, 2026. Sealed bids must be in the possession of the Genesee County Purchasing Department, County Building No.1, Room 317A, 15 Main Street, Batavia, New York 14020, no later than Thursday, April 2, 2026, prior to 2:00 p.m. prevailing time at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement in order to be considered. Genesee County reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all bids. Vendors are advised that this contract will require contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wage rates as a minimum in accordance with current New York State Wage Rate Schedules.
