Bids requested for gopher control and restoration by March 26, 2026.

INVITATION TO BID

The Upper Mohawk Valley Regional Water Board, doing business as, Mohawk Valley Water Authority (MVWA) is requesting proposals to perform Gopher Control and Restoration of holes as per the following specifications.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the Engineering Department at the MVWA at no charge by emailing Jolie Murray at jmurray@mvwa.us. Bids are due up until and no later than 11:30 A.M. local time on March 26th, 2026, and then will be publicly opened and read in the Board’s conference room. Packages containing bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority, Engineering Department, Attention: Jolie Murray, 1 Kennedy Plaza, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Utica, New York 13502. Packages containing bids that are delivered by courier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, etc.) must be delivered to the Water Authority’s Engineering Department, 3rd Floor Office. The Board reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids. Bids are to be submitted only on the forms contained herein.

The Board reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any, and all bids. The MVWA may reject any bid if in its judgment the resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder justifies such rejection in view of the work to be performed.
