PUBLIC NOTICE
The Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority (FMHA), in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations at 24 CFR Part 903, is making available for public review and comment its proposed Annual and Year Agency Plans, Capital Action Plan and related documents for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026.
Interested parties may examine the contents of the proposed plan at FMHA's principal office located at 1000 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
FMHA will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed plans on:

FMHA encourages residents, program participants, community partners, and members of the public to review the proposed documents and provide comments.
