PUBLIC NOTICE- UPDATED
The Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority (FMHA), in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations at 24 CFR Part 903, hereby gives notice that, beginning Tuesday, May 19, 2026, FMHA will make available for public review and comment its proposed Annual PHA Plan and related documents for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, including applicable Capital Fund Program materials and required certifications.
Interested parties may examine the proposed plan and related documents at FMHA's principal office located at 1000 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. FMHA offices are closed on Fridays. The proposed documents and Annual Plan Survey may also be made available on FMHA's official website at www.fmhanc.org.
FMHA will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed plan and related documents as follows:

Written comments regarding the proposed plan and related documents may be submitted to FMHA no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at the address listed above or by completing the Annual Plan Survey on FMHA's official website at www.fmhanc.org. Comments may also be presented orally at the public hearing.
FMHA encourages residents, program participants, community partners, and members of the public to review the proposed documents and provide comments.
Persons requiring reasonable accommodation or language assistance to review the documents or participate in the public hearing should contact FMHA in advance of the hearing so that appropriate arrangements may be made.
