REQUEST FOR BID Janitorial & Custodial Services Issued by QDA Introduction & Purpose QDA is soliciting competitive bids from qualified janitorial and custodial service providers for routine cleaning and maintenance of its facilities. Vendors are invited to review the scope of work outlined herein and submit a comprehensive proposal detailing their qualifications, methodology, and pricing. All submitted bids will be evaluated based on experience, service quality, compliance with the specified scope of work, and overall cost. Scope of Work The selected vendor shall be responsible for performing the following services in accordance with the frequencies and standards described below.
