LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
BURLEY HILLS DRIVE & MOHICAN LANE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS
Sealed Bids will be received by Ms. Dina C. Minneci, City Manager of the Village of Indian Hill, 6525 Drake Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243 until 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Tuesday, June 2, 2026 for the BURLEY HILLS DRIVE & MOHICAN LANE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS.

Optional Pre-bid Meeting will be held on May 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM (EST) at the Indian Hill Administration Office, 6525 Drake Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45243, where questions regarding the project and the contract documents can be addressed.
Bid Proposals must be submitted on the printed forms contained in the Specifications and Contract Documents. All other conditions described in the Bid Documents shall also be met.
Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty (10% of the Bid Amount) and Contract Bond (100% of the Bid Amount) in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Bidders are advised that State Prevailing Wage requirements WILL apply to this contract. The Village of Indian Hill reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any irregularities in accordance with the Contract Documents. No BIDDER may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Note 1: The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be notified by e-mail of expected Addendum with short preparation times.
