Colerain Township
Amarillo Court Reconstruction
Bids for the Amarillo Court Reconstruction project will be received by the Colerain Township at the Colerain Township Office, 4200 Springdale Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45251, until Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The reconstruction of approximately 500' of Amarillo Court in Colerain Township. The work will include full depth pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer replacement, and a new detention basin.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
The project will be awarded contingent upon OPWC approval which is expected on or around July 1, 2026. Work may not begin until after this date.
