CUYAHOGA METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) FOR SECURITY CAMERA REPLACEMENT AT WILLSON TOWER SOLICITATION NO. 26-02-115 BID DUE DATE AND TIME: TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2026, AT 10 A.M. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) shall receive bids for the Security Camera Replacement at Willson Tower. All bids shall be sealed and delivered to the CMHA Purchasing Department, Attn: Yasvel Couso Trigo, IFB 26-02-115, 8120 Kinsman Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44104, and must arrive before the date and time shown above. Bids received after this date and time shall be returned unopened to the offeror. Specifications can be downloaded from CMHA's website at https://www.cmha.net/business/index.php. A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Join the Pre-Bid Teams meeting. The meeting ID is 296 440 024 040 11, and the passcode is L3LQ3Li6. A site visit will be conducted after the conclusion of the pre-bid Teams meeting. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of CMHA.
