CUYAHOGA METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) FOR TRASH ENCLOSURE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT AT OAKWOOD VILLAS SOLICITATION NO. 26-01-104 BID DUE DATE AND TIME: MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026, AT 10 A.M. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) shall receive bids for the Trash Enclosure Removal and Replacement at Oakwood Villas. All bids shall be sealed and delivered to the CMHA Purchasing Department, Attn: Yasvel Couso Trigo, IFB 26-01-104, 8120 Kinsman Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44104, and must arrive before the date and time shown above. Bids received after this date and time shall be returned unopened to the offeror. Specifications can be downloaded from CMHA's website at https://www.cmha.net/business/index.php. A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, March 02, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Join the Pre-Bid Teams meeting. The meeting ID is 244 683 564 452 10, and the passcode is iz6Qx97A. A site visit will be conducted after the conclusion of the pre-bid Teams meeting. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of CMHA.
