CUYAHOGA METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY (CMHA) REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR ROLLING AWARDS OF PROJECTBASED VOUCHERS IN SUPPORT OF BUCKEYE-WOODHILL CHOICE NEIGHBORHOODS IMPLEMENTATION GRANT SOLICITATION NO. 09-320-26 ROUND 2 PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: Monday, May 4, 2026, AT 10 A.M. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) shall receive bids for Rolling Awards of Project-Based Vouchers in Support of Buckeye-Woodhill Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant. All proposals shall be sealed and delivered to: CMHA Purchasing Department, Attn: Yasvel Couso Trigo, RFP 09-320-26, 8120 Kinsman Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44104, and arrive before the date and time shown above. Proposals received after this date and time shall be returned unopened to the offeror. Specifications can be downloaded from CMHA's website at https://www.cmha.net/business/index.php. CMHA reserves the right to reject any proposals received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Proposals shall be firm and may not be withdrawn for 120 calendar days after the due date without the consent of CMHA. The work to be performed under the contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended.
