CUYAHOGA METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR JOB ORDER CONTRACTING SERVICES FOR PREPARE FOR OCCUPANCY (PFO) OF VACANT UNITS SOLICITATION NO. 08-780-26 BID DUE DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, April 22, 2026, AT 10 A.M. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) shall receive proposals for Job Order Contracting Services for the Prepare for Occupancy (PFO) of Vacant Units. All proposals shall be sealed and delivered to: CMHA Purchasing Department, Attn: Yasvel Couso Trigo, RFP 08-780-26, 8120 Kinsman Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44104, and arrive before the date and time shown above. Proposals received after this date and time shall be returned unopened to the offeror. Specifications can be downloaded from CMHA's website at https://www.cmha.net/business/index.php. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Riverside Park Community Center, 17800 Parkmount Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44135. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days following the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA.
