LEGAL NOTICE CLEVELAND PUBLIC LIBRARY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS SURVEYING, ENVIRONMENTAL, GEOTECHNICAL, AND ANCILLARY ENGINEERING SERVICES The Cleveland Public Library ("Owner") is seeking qualifications statements from firms to provide surveying, environmental assessments, geotechnical engineering, and other ancillary engineering services in connection with the second phase of the Owner's Facilities Master Plan created by Bialosky Cleveland ("Project"). The Project consists of interior and exterior improvements and renovations to five library branches, two of which may also include small additions. The selected firm or firms will provide surveying, environmental assessment, geotechnical engineering, and other ancillary engineering services in connection with the acquisition of land and the construction and renovation of branch libraries and parking facilities. The scope of work will include, without limitation, surveys for due diligence, lot consolidation, and construction; environmental site assessments, hazardous material surveys, and remediation management; geotechnical investigations and testing; compliance testing; and construction materials testing and inspection. The selected firm(s) will be expected to coordinate its services, as necessary, with the Owner's architects, construction manager, and other consultants and contractors. The Project will be completed over the course of approximately five years beginning in Spring 2026. Detailed descriptions of the Project, the qualification criteria, services, and submission requirements are contained in the RFQ on file with the Owner.
