Cleveland Public Library seeks qualifications for architectural and engineering design services.

LEGAL NOTICE CLEVELAND PUBLIC LIBRARY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES   The Cleveland Public Library ("Owner") is seeking qualifications statements for architectural and engineering services for the renovation and potential expansion of one or more library branches as part of the second phase of the Owner's Facilities Master Plan created by Bialosky Cleveland ("Project").  The Project consists of interior and exterior improvements and renovations to five library branches, two of which may also include small additions. The design firm or firms selected will be expected to provide the following services: program verification, regulatory review, cost estimating, design document preparation, bid and award support, permitting and review, requests for information, shop drawing review, progress payment/change order review, construction administration and post-construction services, as-built certifications, and other services as described in the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). The qualifications required for the Project include: experience with libraries and public entities; experience with renovations; knowledge of requirements under ADA; ability in terms of workload and the availability of qualified personnel, equipment, and facilities; past performance, financial responsibility; and other qualifications as described in the RFQ.  Detailed descriptions of the Project, the qualification criteria, services, and submission requirements are contained in the RFQ on file with the Owner.
