The parking lot is approximately 43,200 square feet in area, and the selected contractor should mill and recycle the existing asphalt to the extent possible. Additional supporting tasks are also to be a part of this project and are described in the Contract Documents. Additional products, equipment, and services may be accepted as approved Substitutions only by written Addendum. If no Addendum is issued accepting the Proposed Substitution as an Approved Equal, the Proposed Substitution shall be considered rejected. Subcontract agreements must comply with the Subcontract Form # C190-00 52 14 for Limited Scope Projects, as found on the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission website.
