REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR
BRIDGE AND CULVERT INSPECTIONS FOR JOHN GLENN COLUMBUS INTERNATIONAL (CMH) AND RICKENBACKER INTERNATIONAL (LCK) AIRPORT(S) FOR THE COLUMBUS REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY (CRAA)

CRAA is soliciting Statements of Qualifications until 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2026, from firms interested in and qualified to provide Bridge and Culvert Inspections for John Glenn Columbus International (CMH) and Rickenbacker International (LCK) Airports.
Statements of Qualifications will be received by CRAA electronically via B2Gnow until Friday, May 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Information on how to register with B2Gnow as well as to view or submit on the solicitation can be found at: https://columbusairports.gob2g.com/ until the specified due date and local time. Questions regarding this solicitation shall also be submitted electronically via B2GNow. Questions received after the specified question deadline will not be answered.
Statements of Qualifications submitted by any other method, are not acceptable and will not be considered. CRAA will reject any responses submitted after the deadline, regardless of the cause for the delay.
Title VI and CSBP Participation
CRAA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, qualified businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
This request for qualifications document, and other items pertinent to the submittal, are available at the B2GNow website at https://columbusairports.gob2g.com/ and should be checked frequently for any changes. Addenda shall be posted to the same site, and it shall be the Respondent's responsibility to obtain the addenda from the site, without notification from CRAA.
Any Contract, if awarded, will be subject to the following federal provisions as applicable: Buy American Preferences (Title 49 United States Code, CHAPTER 501); Foreign Trade Restriction: Denial of Public Works Contracts to Suppliers of Goods and Services of Countries that Deny Contracts to Suppliers of Goods and Services of Countries that Deny Procurement Market Access to U.S. Contractors (DOT Regulation 49 CFR PART 30); Davis Bacon Act (DOL Regulation 29 CFR Part 5); Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension and Governmentwide Requirements for Drug-free Workplace (DOT Regulation 49 CFR PART 29).
