Notice to Vendors: Food and Cafeteria Specifications for Quotations Available The Ohio Schools Council (OSC), representing more than three hundred (300) school districts across Northern Ohio, is soliciting quotations for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Specifications are now available for the following product categories: · Bakery Products · Cafeteria Packaging and Disposable Supply Products · Ohio Farm to school and non-local produce, Value-added products made with at least 51% Ohio ingredients, and Ohio-produced “clean-label” products. · Individually Wrapped Servings of Fresh Fruit and Vegetable for Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) · Ice Cream and Novelties Products · Milk and Dairy Products Copies of the detailed bid specifications must be secured from the Ohio Schools Council, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., Suite 377, Independence, OH 44131, by contacting Tami Perkins at tperkins@osconline.org.
