NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of Council of the City of Independence in her office in the City Hall, 6800 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio 44131, until 10:00 a.m., on March 9, 2026, for proposals for Tennis/Pickleball Court Resurfacing for the City of Independence, according to specifications on file and available at the above address February 22, 2026.  All bidders are required to comply with Chapter 158 of the City's Codified Ordinances. Failure to comply with any provision therein may be grounds for disqualification.
