NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of Council of the City of Independence in her office in the City Hall, 6800 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio 44131, until 10:00 a.m., on April 20, 2026, for proposals for Pump & Filter Replacement - Independence Outdoor Pool for the City of Independence, according to specifications on file and available at the above address March 15, 2026. All bidders are required to comply with Chapter 158 of the City's Codified Ordinances. Failure to comply with any provision therein may be grounds for disqualification.
