LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF LIMA, OHIO 2026-2027 TOWING & STORING SERVICES  Sealed bids will be received by the Auditor's Office in an envelope marked "BID FOR 2026 - 2027 TOWING & STORING DEVICES" attention Purchasing Department for the the City of  Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio  45801, until 10:00 A.M., Eastern Time of Ohio, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The Purchasing Department is located on  the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 50 Town Square. The outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in the  bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the  deadline and could result in the bid being disqualified. Bids will  then be opened and read aloud for:  TO PROVIDE TOWING SERVICES (as defined in Chapter  1802.02), FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE ENFORCEMENT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY  OF LIMA FOR THE 2026 & 2027 CALENDAR YEARS.  This work shall be performed in accordance with specifications  available in the Department of Housing & Neighborhoods, located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square,  Lima, Ohio until 10 A.M. Eastern Standard Time of Ohio on  Tuesday, May 27, 2026.
