NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be accepted until May 19, 2026 @ 1:00 PM and opened at that time by the Board of Licking County Commissioners, County Administration Building, 20 S. Second Street, 4th Floor, Newark, Ohio. The envelope shall be endorsed on the outside, “Columbus Road Bridge Rehabilitation”. Complete specifications and bidder requirements may be obtained from the office of the County Engineer or the Licking County Website (https://www.lickingcounty.gov), posted under Bid & RFPS. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT. The Board reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid. If, in the opinion of the Board, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned the Board may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids.
