LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) Lawn Care Maintenance Services – 2026 Mowing Season (Re-Issue)The Jefferson Metropolitan Housing Authority (JMHA) will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide Lawn Care Maintenance Services for the 2026 mowing season at JMHA-owned and managed properties located in Steubenville, Tiltonsville, and Yorkville, Ohio.The contract term shall begin April 20, 2026 and continue through October 31, 2026, with the option to extend services through November 2026.Sealed bids clearly marked “Lawn Care Maintenance – 2026” will be received until 2:00 PM on April 8, 2026 , at the office of the Jefferson Metropolitan Housing Authority, 153 North 5th Street, Steubenville, Ohio 43952, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened.This solicitation allows for award by individual property, group of properties, or as a whole, as deemed to be in the best interest of JMHA.Bid documents are available on JMHA's website at www.jeffersonmha.org or by contacting:Jerome Hagerty
