The City of Steubenville is considering leasing the oil and gas mineral rights for the following parcels located in the City of Steubenville, Jefferson County, Ohio: Parcel No.: 07-11430-000; Parcel No.: 07-00807-000; Parcel No.: 07-00808-000; Parcel No.: 07-01054-000; Parcel No.: 07-01441-000; Parcel No.: 07-01442-000; Parcel No.: 03-02475-005; Parcel No.: 08-01636-002; Parcel No.: 07-05472-001; Parcel No.: 11-03745-000; Parcel No.: 07-10987-000; Parcel No.: 07-09768-000; Parcel No.: 07-09796-000; Parcel No.: 07-11432-000; Parcel No.: 07-11433-000;Parcel No.: 07-11434-000; Parcel No.: 07-11441-000; Parcel No.: 07-11949-001; Parcel No.: 08-01650-003.
Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, such oil and gas lease shall be subject to a bidding process, with said oil and gas lease entered into with the highest bidder.
