Christopher L. Baker, 1443 Slagle Dr., Akron, OH 44312, Plaintiff vs. Candice Baker, Defendant. 
Candice Baker, whose last known address is 643 Stevenson Ave., Akron, OH 44312, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on October 8, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2025 10 2674, requesting a divorce from the defendant based on the grounds that the parties are incompatible and that the defendant has been willfully absent for one year. 
Please take notice that a hearing is scheduled for March 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. 
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 27th day of March 2026.
