Equitable Advisors, LLC and Equitable Network, LLC, Plaintiff vs. John W. Nelson, III, Defendants. 
John W. Nelson, III ("Nelson"), whose last known address was 56 E. Wilbeth Road, Akron, Ohio 44301, and whose current place of residence and whereabouts is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on September 30, 2025, Equitable Advisors, LLC ("Equitable Advisors") and Equitable Network, LLC ("Equitable Network) (together, "Equitable") filed a Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award ("Petition") in the Court of Common Pleas, Summit County, Ohio, located at 209 South High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308, initiating Case Number CV-2025-10-4734. The object of the Petition is to confirm the award rendered in an arbitration before FINRA. Nelson is required to respond to the Petition within 28 days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will run for the first time on May 12, 2026, and will run for six consecutive weeks. Failure to respond may result in the Petition being granted.
