In the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 205 S. High St., Akron, Summit County, Ohio. 
Case No. DR2026 02 0271. 
Jerry Cloyd, 710 White Pond Dr., Akron, OH 44320, Plaintiff vs. Vivian Cloyd, Defendant. 
Vivian Cloyd, whose last known address is 184 Reid Terrace, Apt. 213, Akron, OH 44320, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on February 5, 2026, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2026 02 0271, requesting a divorce from the defendant based on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for one year and that the defendant has been willfully absent for one year. 
An uncontested divorce hearing before Magistrate Cara Ford is scheduled for September 1, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. 
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 7th day of July 2026.
